VA on Social Media - Facebook

Do you have a VA? If you do, is s/he helping you with your Facebook business/fan page? If not then you are missing out on a huge opportunity to free yourself up some time that is otherwise consumed by social media.

Have you seen the changes over on Facebook?
Facebook has granted access for 5 administrative roles on Facebook business/fan pages.

Each business can now add:

 - Manager
 - Content Creator
 - Moderator
 - Advertiser
  -Insights Analyst

Each position is allowed a differing degree of access to the business pages.
The Manager of the page can add others to the different roles depending on what access you'd like to grant them.

If you have a VA this system is perfect! You don't have to bother with login details you simply add your VA to your page. This way s/he will be able to access your page and work directly from it - posting for you, keeping a check on friend requests and messages, forwarding important information to you and keeping you up to date on Facebook developments.

Everyone who is added is automatically made a Manager but then, as it shows on the table, each position works in a hierarchy with the Insights Analyst having the highest access. You don't have to worry about somebody adding another person to your page's admin though as
a password is needed to apply any admin role changes.

Now is the perfect time to add a VA to your Facebook business/fan page. Get the help you need, doing the background jobs, leaving you to concentrate on what you do best. Don't delay!
